"Ashley (Agent I spoke to) was patient with me, poised, friendly, professional, understanding, and very thorough. She gave me 3 different Auto insurance options for coverage, 3 different tiers to choose from, and explained each tier thoroughly. I really appreciate her for giving me options because I need to stretch every dollar right now. She offered life insurance coverage also, I kindly declined. I usually only get 1 option from my past insurance agent during renewal time and it was always disappointing. I just didn't take enough time to search for a different agent with better rates. Back to the good 😊 I was able to insure 2 cars for less than $90.00 (I believe it was tier 1 coverage) I plan to upgrade to a higher tier coverage in the future. There was no down payment, a straight coverage rate to start coverage. No additional fees for my bank debit card to be on file either! Please keep in mind your rates will depend on the type & year of the vehicle(s) you have, your dmv record, and the consistency of your past car insurance payments. Avoid lapses, avoid tickets. Either way if you need to get back on track, or want to shop around, you can do it, don't be ashamed! Ashley is a rockstar! Honest review from new member in Kansas City, MO!
